The M1 is One Drop's second yo-yo, released in the December of 2008. It is essentially a Project with a slimmer shape and rims, no Projection Profile grooves, and instead of the nuts held in place by small pieces of rubber, it has press fit nuts. The M1's name stands for metal for everyone. One Drop did this by pricing the M1 at $60. The first release of the yo-yo featured a recess for .555-sized pads, and the later version uses silicone grooves like on a YoYoJam yo-yo.
