The Classic is an upgradeable plastic yo-yo aimed towards beginning- and intermediate-level players. It is manufactured in the USA by YoYoJam and is initially geared towards responsive play. However, the included narrow C-bearing and rubber O-rings can be replaced with a wider C-bearing and silicone o-rings, making for an upgrade towards an advanced, unresponsive throw.
The yo-yo's name derives from the fact that this yo-yo can do all the classic tricks, as well as the more modern and advanced maneuvers when upgraded. Its low-edged shape allows for great control, stability and longer spinning. It also sold for about $9.99 USD, making for a true cost-performance yo-yo.
This particular throw is produced in numerous colorways, ranging from solid colors to two-toned cap and body color combinations.
