The Plastic Grind Machine, often abbreviated PGM, is YoYoFactory's first high-end plastic yo-yo. It features hubstacks, and removable rubber O-rings in the thumb grind area to allow you to change the weight slightly (weighing at about 1.25g each). The PGM 2.0 has slightly changed specs and a different look. The first run came in the color options of Lime Green, Blue, and White. The "stackless" PGM is no longer available, since the release of the second version of the PGM. In its place, YoYoFactory released the Die-Nasty.
Another feature of it is the option of ordering a stackless PGM. It originally sold for $28 with the stacked version costing $45; many people found this cost to be very high leading to YoYoFactory creating the second version, which sells for $30.
