The Steel is a high-end aluminum yo-yo produced as part of the Black Mamba line by Abbe Toys, to compete with some of the other metal yo-yos on the market at the time, such as the ProYo Cold Fusion series and Tom Kuhn SB-2. It featured a ball bearing axle, as well as a body composition of high-grade steel and aluminum.
